How to apply Eyebrow Powder:
 
Using an angled brush, apply powder onto the brow by following the shape of the eyebrow starting with arch and working outward for fullness and definition. 
Use short, light strokes to fill in sparse brows. 
Use a spoolie to soften and blend. 
Repeat to darken and/or fill missing hair.
